Material-led styling brings depth and clarity to this riverfront apartment overlooking the Maroochy River. Herringbone timber floors and waterfall marble benches establish a strong foundation, layered with light timbers, natural stone and gold accents to enhance the minimalist architecture. Drawing inspiration from the Isoke Vase Set from Elme Living, softened forms and refined textures were introduced to elevate the space beyond its architectural base. A composed, contemporary interior where luxury is expressed through intention rather than excess.
